Refunds for payments made for participation in a seminar or webinar are not possible. If for any reason you are unable to attend the seminar, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance using the contact information provided on this website. If you inform us in advance about your inability to attend a specific event, we will offer you participation in another similar event, either offline or online.

Upon completion of our events, you will receive an official certificate confirming your participation.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending hands-on training (practical sessions). If you notify us in advance about your inability to attend on the scheduled training day, we will consider the possibility of rescheduling your participation for another date.
However, if rescheduling is not possible or if you wish to attend the training at a different time, an organizational fee will be required for re-participation. This fee covers the costs associated with reserving your spot and preparing materials for each participant.
Why an organizational fee is charged:
For each participant, we reserve a place in advance, prepare training materials, and provide the necessary resources to ensure high-quality instruction. If you are absent, these costs are not reimbursed, and the reserved spot remains unused.

To register for our webinar and gain access to the training materials please follow these steps:

Fill out the form Enter the required information in the registration form including your name email address and other requested details.
Payment and confirmation After successful payment our manager will contact you to provide detailed information about accessing the webinar.
Add the event to your calendar. Mark the date and time of the webinar in your calendar so you do not miss the event.
Access to the webinar On the day of the webinar go to the link you will receive in the registration confirmation email.
Access to materials after the webinar.
After the webinar is completed you will be granted access to the training materials (if such are included in the training). The materials will be sent to your email or made available for download on our website.

Our webinars usually include time for a question and answer session where you can ask your questions. During this time the speaker answers participants’ questions and provides additional information on the webinar topic.

To ask a question you can use the chat or comments during the webinar. The speaker monitors messages and questions from participants and tries to answer as many questions as possible within the allocated time
